Kindly indicate subject as Missing / Wrong items in delivery and provide the following details:

Tax Invoice / Order Number: starting with O24

Image of items

Image of the tax invoice sent with the delivery, listing the item (with pen marking)

We will respond to you via email within 3 working days after we verify with the bookshop assistants.
